We were challenged to create a bespoke, virtual environment to support the roll-out of a global sales training programme.
Our task was to manage our client’s participation at a global medical congress, including all the travel & logistics arrangements, exhibition booth design & build and sponsored, clinical symposia.
Hosted in Copenhagen, this ‘first of its kind’ summit drew together a diverse global audience from 26 different countries and spanning industry, academia, government, city/urban planning and the healthcare profession to focus on the rise of urban diabetes.
We were challenged to develop a bespoke customer experience programme, combining a virtual laboratory tour with live learning and engagement opportunities for our client’s key customers.
Undoubtedly, one of our more technically challenging briefs, our task was to deliver the official launch of a new diagnostic instrument measuring 5m in length and weighing in at a mighty 1.5 tonnes at the client’s exhibition & events space in London.
Having run this event for the previous 9 years, Activate’s challenge was to work with the client team to create something different both for the conference and party elements of this event.
