Louisa is passionate about getting under the skin of our clients, learning what makes them tick to ensure as a team we are building long lasting relationships and nurturing a growth mindset! With a curious mind (some may say nosey!) and an empathetic approachability, this makes her the perfect candidate to be our Client Relationship Manager. Events are in Louisa’s blood having been interested from an early age about hospitality, hotels and travelling and with great attention to detail, a personal approach and a genuine care for her client’s successes, this combination works well to support our clients!
