THE BRIEF
Having created ‘once-in-a-life-time’ travel incentives to reward our client’s top global sales performers for 7 consecutive years, our challenge was two-fold: to maintain the exceptional standard of the previous events and, to instil new life-long memories amongst our elite guests through a uniquely different programme.

THE SOLUTION
From Hanoi, to Siem Reap a wealth of culture and heritage of Southeast Asia awaits and this was the destination for our Eastern Odyssey.
We hit the Hanoi streets like locals on Vespas to explore the city and its sights, sounds and smells. We took in the scale and history of the impressive Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the famous Temple of Literature, the Botanical Gardens, the iconic bright red Huc Bridge and Lake Hoan Kiem in the heart of the city.
Then…on to Halong Bay. Located 170 km east of Hanoi in the Tonkin Gulf and considered to be one of the wonders of the natural world, where our guests enjoyed an exclusive overnight cruise to experience the serene majesty and beauty of this location.
A private charter flight carried our guests onward to Cambodia, a small country with a big history and once the seat of one of Asia’s most magnificent early civilizations, the mighty Khmer empire of Angkor, whose legendary temples continue to be a touchstone of national identity.
Throughout the programme, our guests enjoyed a range of carefully personalised leisure experiences including zip-wiring, kayaking, trekking, private tours and exclusive group dinners – including a stunning gala dinner at the Thommanon Temple in Angkor.
Our programme also included visits to several local charity projects in each country where donations of money and essential resources were made to aid their work in the local community. All of this combined to create another magical and unique experience of a lifetime for our guests.
