A completely virtual experience, this programme immersed visitors in the digital world of our client’s virtual customer experience centre. The project included 30 live VIP interactions for key customers from around the globe, offering them a dedicated learning experience with our client team to gain insight and learning about the client’s products and systems in a high-tech, yet relaxed setting.

SUMMARY

The project scope included the design and development of a fully customised 3D virtual campus-style environment which featured a welcome lounge, meeting spaces and four showcase areas, each based on a key therapy area. The fully navigable site included an immersive laboratory model, on-demand instrument demos and video animations. Importantly the VIP meetings were supported by our ‘behind-the scenes’ production team who ensured that all presentation content was managed and delivered smoothly to complete the relaxed but professional experience for our client’s key customers.

 

The project scope included managing 30 live VIP customer interactions with global audiences, accommodating 20-30 participants per event. These interactions took place in a virtual, fully navigable campus-style environment that featured a lounge, meeting spaces, and three bespoke product research areas. The design was high-tech and contemporary, offering a relaxed and comfortable space to create a VIP experience. The environment included 3D fully immersive laboratory models, instrument demos, and video animations, along with 1:1 discussions in meeting rooms. The format of the customer experience program included live presentations and meetings, as well as on-demand virtual instrument demos available on the site.
