We worked alongside the client’s Executive leadership team as the new business vision and 5-year strategy evolved. Once the company strategy for growth and associated issues & challenges became clear, our task was to design, develop and implement a full-scale internal communications plan, starting with the vision, theme & title and supporting graphics and messaging. This was rolled out over a period of months across the client’s 7 UK sites. A key stepping stone in the strategy roll-out was the “launch event” for 300 senior leaders from across the business. This included sourcing a suitable venue, delegate management & communication, event design & content development, speaker coaching for the client’s team of presenters, venue theming & branding, AV production, sourcing a relevant keynote speaker and designing a bespoke team-building programme for all 300 attendees which aligned with the aspirations and key messages within the vision & strategy.
We oversaw the event design and branding, managed the new strategy and theme, whilst also handling all content development. Our responsibilities ranged from supporting onsite logistics and project management to overseeing AV production and setup. We also coordinated the keynote speaker requirements and facilitated adventurous team-building activities for 250 attendees.
