SUMMARY

This was a complex project with 230 delegates attending from across the globe including client staff and healthcare professionals (HCPs). Our remit spanned sourcing accommodation for the entire group in a suitable venue, delegate registration & communication and full onsite logistics management of the client’s event programme. This included airport transfers and daily transportation services to the congress centre, management of the group hotel, coordination of the client’s company symposia and two further scientific meetings, as well as group dinners. In addition to the event logistics, our team designed, installed and managed a 300-square metre exhibition stand, carefully tailored to the client’s specifications and featuring a custom designed model of the client’s injection pen which was the centrepiece of the booth.

 

During this event, we managed 230 delegates from around the globe, including client staff, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and key opinion leaders (KOLs). From supporting delegate registrations and pre-event communication to providing onsite services, we acted as the central hub of support for our client. We also designed, installed and managed a 200-square-meter exhibition stand tailored to client specifications, featuring a custom-designed model injection pen. Additionally, we organised various onsite meetings and provided logistical support for the staff briefing to ensure seamless execution by the client’s team. Our services also encompassed arranging an independent KOL meeting, coordinating airport transfers, and managing ground transportation to and from the congress for delegates.
