GLOBAL CONGRESS PROJECT

solution

We were appointed to the project quite late and had to work quickly to secure the necessary hotel accommodation to support our client’s delegation of 250 staff and key customers from across Europe.
We sourced six carefully selected hotels in the city of Vienna, all with easy access and good transport links to the convention centre and we allocated specific country groups to each hotel to maintain continuity between our client’s staff and their customers.
We managed all of the delegate registration and communication and coordinated the flights and ground transportation programme, including airport and group dinner transfers.

Our creative and technical team combined to design and build the exhibition booth and we also supported the client with the programme development and coordination of the clinical symposia which they had sponsored during the congress.
The exhibition design scheme also included a custom-designed and built model of the client’s injection device which measured over 2m in height and was mounted on a revolving plinth to create a focal feature on the booth.
We deployed a team of 8 experienced staff on-site for the duration of the congress to support our client and ensure that all the logistical and technical arrangements were managed seamlessly.
