We were challenged to develop a bespoke customer experience programme, combining a virtual laboratory tour with live learning and engagement opportunities for our client’s key customers.
This is intended as an intimate, VIP experience with flexibility to allow participants to customise their learning experience via a programme that will include a mix of live and pre-recorded, virtual product demonstrations and 1:1 discussions.
